Though the facilities are impressive, navigating the layout can be confusing, especially for newcomers. Some guests noted that minor maintenance issues in common areas detracted from the experience, and the service at dining venues faced occasional delays. Additionally, unexpected charges during check-out for amenities like beach access felt unwelcome, especially in a high-end setting.

The hotel sits right on the beach, and a short stroll takes you to the vibrant strip of calafell filled with delicious dining options and shops, making it perfect for weekend explorations. the beachfront access and spacious spa facilities really added to my relaxing stay as a single traveler who enjoys leisurely walks in beautiful parks.

The room was really spacious and beautifully designed, with amazing air conditioning that actually worked. I loved the large balcony that had a great partial sea view. It felt luxurious but not quite perfect everywhere—just small details that didn't hit the mark. Still, overall, it was comfortable and had a nice vibe.

We loved relaxing at the beach while our kids enjoyed the activities. Puro Gusto was a fantastic spot to unwind with delicious wines. The staff really went above and beyond to ensure our family had a memorable stay, especially at the beachfront area.

In my wife’s opinion, the pool hours need to be extended for families.

The Premium King Room with Balcony and Sea View was just stunning, and I loved lounging by the saltwater pool and enjoying the soothing sauna. The breakfast spread was delightful, and I appreciated having a free mini-bar in my room. One little hiccup was that the water supply was a bit unpredictable, but overall, it was an excellent stay! 🌊

However, our experience was marred by inconsistent staff service, with some unfriendly encounters and confusion over hotel policies, such as dress code enforcement that felt selective.

Despite the great view and fantastic spa services, there were persistent air conditioning issues that impacted our comfort along with notable mosquito presence throughout the stay.

The breakfast buffet was an impressive spread with fresh fruit options and a variety of pastries, providing an excellent start to the day. The beachfront location is ideal for relaxation after work commitments.
